SPEAKING FOR YOUR EVENT
Through speaking, I create honest, faith-filled conversations that help women grow closer to God, better understand who He created them to be, and find hope in every season of life. From surrender and spiritual renewal to identity, mental health, community, and discovering your God-given gifts, each message combines biblical truth, personal experience, and practical encouragement. My goal is to meet people where they are and remind them that God is present in the messy middle, faithful in their struggles, and always inviting them into deeper purpose, connection, and freedom.

Jesus' invitation to let go of control and to find REST in Him might not always be an easy one. Through this message, we will dive into the verse Matthew 11:28 where He invites us to come, take, learn, and rest. This talk explores the freedom that comes from giving up control, trusting God's timing, and resting in His strength instead of our own. Are you tired of striving? Come release, receive, and rest in Him.

Together, we will discuss how shame grows in secrecy, but healing begins in honesty. We will look at what Scripture says about identity, redemption, renewal of the mind, and God’s grace for those who feel broken or stuck. This is not a message of condemnation. It is a message of hope. No matter your story, your struggle doesn’t define you. In Christ, there is forgiveness, freedom, and the opportunity for restoration. Healing may happen in layers and over time, but you do not have to walk the journey alone.

Life rarely unfolds in neat beginnings and tidy endings. Most of us find ourselves living in the messy middle—the place between prayers and answers, dreams and fulfillment, hurt and healing. In this message, we will explore how God faithfully meets us in the uncertainty, growing our faith, shaping our character, and reminding us that His presence is enough. If you feel stuck, weary, or wondering what God is doing in your current season, this talk will encourage you to trust Him in the middle of the story, knowing He is still writing something beautiful.

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." - Psalm 51:10
In a world that constantly demands more, many of us find ourselves spiritually depleted and longing for refreshment. Through Psalm 51:10, we will discover God's invitation to renewal - not through striving harder, but through surrendering our hearts to Him. Together, we will explore practical rhythms that help us remain connected to God, restore our souls, and cultivate a steadfast faith. Come sink deeply into His presence, soak in His goodness, and leave encouraged by the renewing work only God can do.

We were never created to walk through life alone. Yet many women long for deeper connection while feeling unseen, isolated, or unsure where they truly belong. In this message, we will explore God's design for authentic community and why belonging is essential to our spiritual growth and well-being. Together, we will discover how vulnerability, encouragement, and shared faith create spaces where we can be fully known and fully loved. Whether you are searching for community, rebuilding trust, or longing for deeper relationships, this talk will inspire you to take the next step toward the life-giving connections God intended for you.

This experience will help you discover what spiritual gifts are, what you may have and how to identify other gifts in the people you know. There will be teaching and group discussion time. The retreat covers the biblical framework Navigate uses around Spiritual matters and the gifts God gives to believers. There is dedicated content around each of 7 charisma gifts found in Romans 12:6-8; Prophets, Servants, Teachers, Exhorters, Givers, Leaders and Mercy. As each gift is taught, retreat participants answer questions and share observations with each other about the spiritual gift characteristics they are noticing about themselves and others in their group. Guided by the small group leader, discussions are centered around naming gift characteristics and clarifying what spiritual gift each participant has.
If you want more clarity around your purpose, how God has uniquely made you, and how you can function more effectively in your gifting, Navigate is for you.

Mental health struggles can often feel isolating, especially within faith communities where questions, misconceptions, and stigma still exist. Drawing from both personal experience and biblical truth, this message explores the intersection of mental health and faith, including living with bipolar disorder and navigating seasons of anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Together, we will discuss how God meets us in our struggles, why seeking help is not a lack of faith, and how hope can flourish even in difficult seasons. This is a message of grace, honesty, and encouragement for anyone who has ever wondered if God sees them in their pain. You are not alone, your diagnosis is not your identity, and God's presence remains faithful through every high and low.
